Greg Heller

Managing Partner

Greg Heller brings extensive experience across multifamily acquisitions, debt originations, underwriting, financing, and asset management. Prior to co-founding Ironside Real Estate Partners in 2025, Greg spent eight years at Harbor Group International, a top-20 multifamily owner and operator with approximately $20 billion in assets under management, where he served as a Managing Director overseeing transaction activity across roughly half of the U.S.

Over the course of his career, Greg has completed approximately $6 billion in multifamily real estate transactions across 70 investments totaling more than 25,000 units in 20 states. Prior to Harbor Group, he spent five years at JRK Property Holdings in a similar acquisitions role. Before entering real estate, Greg worked in Deutsche Bank’s Sales & Trading division in New York from 2007 to 2012.

Greg earned a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Zev Hendeles

Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding Ironside Real Estate Partners, Zev Hendeles founded and served as CEO of 3rd Avenue Investments, an owner-operator focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily properties. Over the course of his career, Zev has been involved in the acquisition and management of thousands of apartment units across multiple markets.

His background includes identifying value-add multifamily opportunities, retrofitting affordable housing communities, and implementing operational strategies designed to improve long-term property value. Prior to founding 3rd Avenue Investments, Zev served as a financial engineer and director of leasing for Pembroke Companies, a multifamily owner and operator in the New York metropolitan area.

Zev earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University.

Trevor Koskovich

Managing Partner

Trevor is an accomplished commercial real estate investor and advisor. He formerly developed and led Northmarq’s Investment Sales business - opening 35 offices across the U.S., growing the platform to nearly $20 billion in transaction volume and adding more than 300 brokers and support staff. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations and Investment Sales expansion, he led Northmarq’s specialty practice for Institutional Advisory, and the industry’s first build-to-rent (BTR) team, with over $2.5 billion of BTR assets sold. Before joining Northmarq, he operated the No. 1 Multifamily Investment Sales team within Colliers International, based in Phoenix. 

Trevor is known as an industry expert, often contributing his expertise at events and in the media, including the Wall Street Journal. He is a graduate of Arizona State University, a licensed pilot, and a member of both the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Vince Giannantonio

director of asset management

Vince Giannantonio brings experience across multifamily asset management, operations, underwriting, and portfolio analysis. His background includes overseeing operational efficiencies, unit renovations, rent roll forecasting, and overall portfolio performance across multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Ironside Real Estate Partners, Vince worked with 3rd Avenue Investments, where he played a key role in asset management and operational oversight. Earlier in his career, he was a founding member of E&G Real Estate Services, a real estate brokerage focused on residential investment properties. His responsibilities included property management operations as well as leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions activities.

Vince earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance with a minor in mathematics and statistics from Arizona State University.

Arie Hendeles

director of Marketing & leasing

Mr. Hendeles is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive business solutions, including trends analysis, leasing activity and project management for the portfolio. Mr. Hendeles ensures that Ironside Real Estate Partners is maximizing property net income through tenant retention strategies, advertising and social media marketing.

Mr. Hendeles earned his Business Management degree from Yeshiva University, and he is a registered broker with the State of Arizona.
